As one of Elara’s founding partners, Steve demonstrated his passion for integrating innovative energy solutions with practical, constructible engineering designs to earn the respect and recognition of industry professionals and clients and, as Elara’s President and Board Member for over 20 years, he oversaw the successful growth of the firm by fostering this same passion into each of Elara’s employees.
As a Co-Founder, I believe one of the most important aspects of my role today is in the mentoring of our current leadership team in the successful transition and growth of the firm to ensure that its ongoing mission to bring benefit to employees, clients, and society continues to move forward undiminished.
To me, our Vision Statement includes an underlying theme of lasting personal and professional relationships that are so important to the creation of sustainable solutions that leave a personal and global legacy.
I snow ski, ride motorcycles, spend more time with my children and granddaughter, and travel with my wife of 34 years, Susan.
