• The LEED energy model for the building predicted an energy cost reduction of over
40% when compared to an ASHRAE 90.1 baseline building
• Elara’s design included a high-efficiency condensing boiler plant located in the
penthouse and two air-cooled chillers relocated from another campus building
• All building spaces, except the lobby, kitchen and serving areas, have operable
windows for natural ventilation
