Project Highlights & Results
Renovation of the existing building to accommodate changing program needs of the College to include the Autoshop and new Industrial Electricity, Electronics, Automation/Hydraulics and Innovation Labs.
Included replacement of the existing, inadequate Autoshop vehicle exhaust system with two (2) new vehicle exhaust systems and a new general exhaust system to serve the entire garage (due to the storage of oil and other odorous compounds)
Refurbished (2) existing AHUs and installed (2) new VAV AHUs to serve the new lab spaces.
Accomplished in a total of two (2) design and construction phases based on the College’s budget.
