Throughout his career as a Principal, Jay has consistently radiated contagious energy and showcased a strong passion for delivering economically innovative energy solutions, executing projects within customers’ budgets, and successfully implementing initiatives in constrained environments.

In my capacity as Principal, Vice President, and one of the company’s senior partners, I consider it paramount to uphold our focus and humility, reinforce our core values, enhance our expertise, and sustain financial robustness while fostering mutual respect among leadership for a unified approach that ensures a cohesive direction guiding Elara toward success.

To me, our vision statement emphasizes the importance of cultivating passion and an energetic environment that continuously draws future employees, clients, and communities to participate in upholding sustainable infrastructure that will help  create a better environment for generations to come.

Having already scaled Mt. Kilimanjaro and successfully completed the Chicago marathon, I spend my time away from Elara nurturing my profound passion for hiking and running including preparing to hike to Mt. Everest base camp. These hobbies make me feel alive and connected to nature, drawing inspiration to push beyond my limits, overcome obstacles, and reach new heights fostering my belief that with determination and passion, we can achieve great things together as a team, akin to conquering a mountain.
