Through her various managerial and leadership roles, Caitlin has exhibited a drive to successfully build and operate a versatile and talented organization singularly focused on client satisfaction.
As Principal, Treasurer, and Chief Executive Officer of Elara, I believe the most important aspect of my role is focused on ensuring Elara’s internal operations, sales and marketing processes, and business/financial management align our firm’s collective vision at all levels.
To me, our vision statement exemplifies our deep-rooted commitment to our customers, ourselves, and to our planet, serving as a constant reminder of the impact we have already made and strive to continue to make.
When I’m not at Elara or answering to “Mom”, you might find me kickboxing at my local gym, running through the neighborhood, or lending my artistic eye to a variety of projects with family and friends.
