As Principal, Healthcare, Industrial, and Life Science Practice Leader, and President, I believe the most important aspect of my role is to help sustain the philosophies of servant leadership throughout our organization and to foster the development of quality engineers that are rooted in Elara’s success.
To me, our Vision Statement means we have a personal commitment to challenge ourselves to find sustainable engineering solutions tailored to our client’s goals and finances.
When I am not at Elara, I am likely with my family attending my kids’ sporting events, seeking out unique trails, paddling our tandem kayak on the Fox River, or sitting by the water with a line in.
