Throughout his career, Jim has been driven by his ability to break down complicated engineering problems into manageable, practical, and efficient solutions that clients are able to understand and ultimately select to successfully move their projects forward.
As Associate Principal and K-12/Municipal Practice Leader, I believe my most crucial roles are inspiring innovation and design excellence to ensure optimal comfort, functionality, sustainability, and indoor air quality and assisting with Elara’s operations to maintain our market-focused approach and high standards for quality.
To me, Elara’s vision statement means that our clients and partners entrust to us a responsibility to design high-performing, efficient, and healthy buildings through our collective culture and values as we also strive to positively impact our communities and our futures.
When I’m not at Elara, you’ll find me spending time with family and friends, starting another home renovation project, trying a new restaurant with my wife, or maybe even skating defense in the local beer league hockey team.
