Aligned recommended infrastructure upgrades with space renovations to ensure single project effort.
Renovation included new four-pipe fan coil heating/cooling system for guest rooms; heating and cooling plant modifications; new kitchen and restaurant; new lobby; additional cooling capacity control; new light fixtures; DW, waste, and vent piping modifications.
