51,500 SF, 91 guest room boutique inn located in Charleston’s Historic District.
Completed MEPFP Assessment Report identified numerous opportunities for operational improvement.
Aligned recommended infrastructure upgrades with space renovations to ensure single project effort.
Renovation included new four-pipe fan coil heating/cooling system for guest rooms; heating and cooling plant modifications; new kitchen and restaurant; new lobby; additional cooling capacity control; new light fixtures; DW, waste, and vent piping modifications.
