Project Highlights & Results

MEPFP Engineering Design for:
- 46,100 SF Addition on the east side of the existing building:
  - 1-story classroom wing with 7 classrooms and a large multi-purpose space
  - 2-story classroom addition with 12 classrooms and a new Learning Center
- 11,600 SF Renovation
  - 10 classrooms, 2 STEM Labs and Makerspace, and new office spaces for the Student Services Team
Design reused existing MEPFP infrastructure wherever practical to lower overall project costs.
New heating, cooling, and ventilation systems include new DOAS RTUs and VRF.
Sustainable elements include individual classroom thermostats, CO2 sensors for refined ventilation control, high-efficiency heating/cooling equipment, and occupancy sensors for lighting control.
