Project Highlights & Results

  • MEPFP Engineering Design for:
    • 46,100 SF Addition on the east side of the existing building:
      • 1-story classroom wing with 7 classrooms and a large multi-purpose space
      • 2-story classroom addition with 12 classrooms and a new Learning Center
    • 11,600 SF Renovation
      • 10 classrooms, 2 STEM Labs and Makerspace, and new office spaces for the Student Services Team
  • Design reused existing MEPFP infrastructure wherever practical to lower overall project costs.
  • New heating, cooling, and ventilation systems include new DOAS RTUs and VRF.
  • Sustainable elements include individual classroom thermostats, CO2 sensors for refined ventilation control, high-efficiency heating/cooling equipment, and occupancy sensors for lighting control.
