As Operations Manager, it is my chief duty to contribute to Elara’s continued growth and success through cultivating an environment where employee strengths are leveraged, passions are optimized, and achievements are celebrated.
To me, our vision statement reflects our unified passion for designing a sustainable planet, serving as reminder that it is our responsibility to those that came before us and our commitment to those who will come after us.
When not at Elara, you are likely to find me chasing around my dog, Ted, putting in some miles on my Trek Domane, exploring the trails of a National Park, or enjoying another sunset on Lake Michigan’s Green Bay.
