• 98-story, 133,400 SF residence hall to achieve minimum LEED Silver designation (submitted under LEED v4.0, New Construction).
• Natural ventilation design elements include first-floor motorized façade that opens entirely to the adjacent grade to provide a connection between indoor and outdoor elements.
