Elara Coronavirus Response

We at Elara continue to monitor the evolving landscape of the national and local coronavirus outbreak and take guidance from local and state government agencies and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).  Within this fluid environment, we are striving to strike an appropriate balance between responsible steps to protect the health of our employees and public health and the need to manage our business and serve our clients.

In the interest of preventing potential spread, fostering good health and enabling us to continue to serve our clients, we continue to implement a remote work policy for our employees subject to external conditions and the guidance of local and national agencies. We have infrastructure in place that is allowing us to continue our operations effectively while working off-site including secured remote access to Elara's servers, cloud-based email, office phone voicemail to email, corporate mobile phones, and virtual meeting and collaboration tools. Our employees have been trained in and are actively utilizing these tools to their highest degree. We continue to visit local job sites where permitted, practice social distancing and take responsible precautions published by the CDC. COVID-19 continues to have no impact on our commitment to serve our clients, advance projects, and meet scheduled deadlines.

This situation is clearly unprecedented.  However, Elara is a resilient organization made up of incredibly talented people who rise to whatever challenges we face - together.  We look forward to the time when our operations no long necessitate a remote workforce; however, until that time, we remain hard at work and committed to our clients and the global community.
