Designed replacement make-up air system and new hot water boiler system.
Design included an internal heat recovery system for the make-up air that significantly improved the dehumidification capability.
Project bundling significantly reduced the cost of replacing components individually allowing integration of these systems in a way that would not have been possible if they were replaced separately.
Total building’s energy usage decreased by 24%.
