Project Highlights & Results

University’s main dining room completely renovated with a new air handling system, new air distribution ductwork, new perimeter heating, a new chilled water plant, DDC controls and A/V systems.
The most critical aspect of the project involved the relocation of site utilities since the building’s footprint was expanded to meet additional seating requirements.
An extensive redesign of the lighting included energy efficient lighting components that were modeled for the space and installed to meet the facility’s aesthetic requirements.
A new fire protection system installed to serve the dining room and kitchen with a future provision to install sprinklers in the remainder of the facility.
