Project Highlights & Results

Ventilation review revealed outdated ventilation system that had not been adapted to meet the building’s needs
Installed a new MAU in an alternate location while building was fully occupied
- New, larger equipment was located on the roof
- Existing ductwork reused and connected to the new MAU riser as construction proceeded from the top down (resulting in no downtime to occupants)
- New MAU equipped with heat recovery
- New building automation system installed
