Project Highlights & Results
Initial Capital Plan reviewed the condition of the existing building MEP systems and made prioritized recommendations to meet the emergency functions of the building and support the local community.
Capital plan evaluated options to both renovate the existing building (including identifying the minimum requirements) in phases or abandon it and construct an entirely new facility.
Upgraded the building’s existing electrical service and installed a new back-up generator, UPS, dedicated HVAC system, and inert gas fire suppression system for the 911 Call Center and associated data center as a priority project.
