Innovative boiler ingress solution conceptualized in a conceptual report phase allowed
for the installation of larger, more robust equipment capable of significantly longer
operating life.
Boiler replacement project improved occupant comfort by adding zone valves for
enhanced temperature control.
Project was completed within budget with an energy savings of $15,000 annually.
Incentive funding in the amount of $19,300 was procured through Peoples Gas due to
Elara’s efforts to help offset the cost of the project.
