As Elara’s Accounting Manager, I believe the most important aspect of my role is to ensure that Elara’s financial integrity remains – without question – at the highest level while effectively handling the firm’s accounting complexities and providing reliable financial information to principals and managers so they can plan, evaluate performance, and manage risks at the enterprise and project level.
