Elara Engineering is seeking individuals with BIM/Revit expertise to support the growth of our Digital Design Team. The selected individual should have direct experience with Revit and ideally educational or practical experience with AutoCAD or other similar drafting software. The individual will be tasked with managing multiple project models at any given time which may include modeling support, family creation or modification, and troubleshooting. Additionally, any candidate will support the development of BIM/Revit standards and procedures, including training for engineers across the firm. Potential pathways to team leadership exist based on performance.
- Ability to manage multiple project models collaborating with engineers of various trades and external consultants.
- Strong knowledge of Revit systems and visibility control.
- Experience working with standards and written procedures.
- Willingness to train both engineers and other BIM/CAD professionals.
- Desire to grow the team and train others.
- Passion for efficiency and/or optimization of modeling and 2D drawing creation.
Preferred:
- Architectural Revit experience.
- Revit family experience.
- Standards development experience.
