Project Highlights and Results
- Obtained a special Chicago permission letter to replace existing natural gas generator with a new one on the building’s 74th floor.
- De-assembled and utilized building’s service elevator to ingress new equipment to eliminate need for expensive and disruptive helicopter list; including the closure of Chicago’s Michigan Avenue. Re-assembled generator parts on the 74th floor.
