Project Highlights and Results

• University’s main dining room completely renovated with a new air handling system, new air distribution ductwork, new perimeter heating, a new chilled water plant, DDC controls and A/V systems.
• The most critical aspect of the project involved the relocation of site utilities since the building’s footprint was expanded to meet additional seating requirements.
• An extensive redesign of the lighting included energy efficient lighting components that were modeled for the space and installed to meet the facility’s aesthetic requirements.
• A new fire protection system installed to serve the dining room and kitchen with a future provision to install sprinklers in the remainder of the facility.
