• Conceptual design focused on adding system redundancy and identified cooling equipment to be added.
• Designed new 750-ton water-cooled chiller and 1,000-ton cooling tower cell at existing Central CW Plant.
• Developed new controls sequence to optimize operational performance of the entire Central CW Plant.
