Project Highlights and Results

• Ventilation review revealed outdated ventilation system that had not been adapted to meet the building’s needs
• Installed a new MAU in an alternate location while building was fully occupied
  • New, larger equipment was located on the roof
  • Existing ductwork reused and connected to the new MAU riser as construction proceeded from the top down (resulting in no downtime to occupants)
  • New MAU equipped with heat recovery
  • New building automation system installed
